Dr. Julie Qu graduated from the Hei Long Jiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1985. After graduation she joined the hospital staff as a physician in the internal medicine department.

In 1988 Dr. Julie Qu started her Master Philosophy Doctorate majoring in clinical Internal Medicine. During this time period she was seeing patients in the clinic, working in the hospital and doing research. In 1993 she graduated of the first generation of Clinical Internal Medicine Ph-D's practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Following Graduation, Dr. Julie Qu worked as a head physician at the university hospital. During this period time she achieved many awards for her excellent performing in teach and researching after having numerous papers published in national professional journals.

Dr.Julie Qu came to America in 2002 after having practiced traditional Chinese medicine in Montreal Canada. For the last 6 years Dr. Julie Qu has been teaching Acupuncture and Herbology at the Dallas College of Oriental Medicine, where she is a professor, clinic supervisor and director.
